   Ricky is an adjunct professor at Norfolk State University where he teaches Applied Percussion, Jazz Improvisation, and directs the Percussion Ensemble. He  performs as a steel pan soloist or with his Caribbean jazz  group through out the Hampton Roads area.  He has worked as a  professional Drummer/Percussionist in the Navy Steel Drum Band, Navy Band, Busch Gardens, the Virginia Beach Orchestra, Symphonicity, the York river Symphony  Orchestra , Hampton University's theater department , and currently at London Bridge Baptist Church.

   Ricky is available for weddings, restaurants, corporate events, or other special occasions as  a soloist or with duo, trio or ensemble.
